I concur. People learn, people make mistakes. I only learnt about Manitou 2 years into biking. I'm sure all of the above have made similar mistakes in their early years of biking.

Hi mate, almost missed this. Erm my advise would be to go down the second hand route, perhaps a canon 550/600D or Nikons equivilant if you get it with a 50mm 1.8 then you'll be set to start shooting. However youll need to buy more lenses as time goes by. I shot a full world cup season on a 600D last year.
